Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Solo and Team plans are billed monthly. Cancel from your account settings — no questions asked. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

What counts as one email analysis?

Each time you click "Analyse" on an email, that's one analysis. Forwards and replies analysed separately count as separate analyses. Manually creating tasks doesn't count.

Doesn't YouTrack already create issues from email?

It does - one email becomes one issue, copied as-is. MailTask Pro reads the email with AI and extracts every task inside it, each with its own priority, deadline, and owner - then lets you triage in Eisenhower or Kanban before anything reaches YouTrack. YouTrack's mailbox is a pipe. MailTask Pro is the filter that decides what's worth a ticket.

Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?

Yes — Solo and Team both include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Free plan also gives you 3 analyses per month as a permanent free tier.

Is my email data safe?

Yes. We use Microsoft Graph API with delegated permissions — we only access what you authorise. Email content is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what's needed to create your tasks. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?

Annual billing with 20% off is coming soon. For Team plans with more than 10 agents, contact us for volume pricing.
